Stick Drift/Scrolling - Troubleshooting

If you experience 'stick drift' or non-stop scrolling with a wireless Switch controller, before contacting us for support, perform the following steps. This usually resolves the issue:

  • Completely remove, then replace the batteries
  • Reconnect the wireless controller to the Switch
