My Wireless Controller is not Pairing

  1. Confirm batteries are properly installed, and are
    not drained, used or damaged
  2. Confirm you are following the pairing process
    listed above
  3. Remove and replace the Alkaline batteries to reset
    the Wireless controller
  4. If problem persists, please reach out to our customer service by opening a support ticket here.
