As stated in our warranty, PowerA only covers repair or replacement of a defective product. Your best bet for a refund is to try to return it to the retailer you purchased from. If the window for return has expired, we would be happy to replace or repair your product. If you purchased your product from PowerA.com, we can refund you for your product within 60 days if you are not satisfied; refer to the return and exchanges form included with your order to move forward with the refund process. For all customer choice returns, a 10% re-stocking fee will apply.
