If I need it, how do I use your warranty?

If your product needs to be covered under our warranty, please contact us here.  Please be sure to include a copy of your receipt showing the purchase date, along with an explanation as to what is not functioning as expected.

If you are instructed to ship a product back to us, please be sure to package the product so that it will not be damaged in shipping. We can't take responsibility for any damage or loss to the product during shipment.
