If I need it, how do I use your warranty?

If your product needs to be serviced under our warranty coverage, please contact us here.  Pease be sure to include a copy of your receipt showing the purchase date, along with an explanation as to what isn't functioning as you'd hoped.

If you are instructed to mail a product back to us, please be sure to package the product so that it will not be damaged in shipping. We can't take responsibility for any damage or loss to the product during shipment.

    I have contacted you 5 days ago without any kind of response other then the automated email. Please respond as your product is defective and I would.like to return it for a replacement

    Its been almost 2 weeks since I've submitted my ticket regarding my broken controller and there's been no response. This is ridiculous. And the number you provide in the email when registering a product simply calls to an automated message. Some of the worst customer service.

    I actually spoke with someone!!! They emailed me warranty request form and was going to process. Call 425-492-6111 and ask for PowerA support. Good luck.

    man this is bullsH¥Г!!!! filed a claim for warranty after having a remote for 30 days. it has a two fkn year warranty but it dont mean whiy if it takes months ot years to get a fukn response! !

    I am hoping that the warranty issues do not take as long as it looks like these poor folks have had to wait. I will come back when I do hear back from this company and let everyone know how the customer service is. I am already worried that trying to use the warranty on this Xbox One controller is going to be a headache....

    8 days later....the new powerA controller I bought while waiting for the first one to be fixed does not recognize the 3.5mm has been inserted leading me to have to unplug the controller or reboot the xbox before i can talk on my mic in a party.

    On the original issue I have submitted all the info asked for and have heard nothing from this company for 4 days in a row. The last email I recieved claimed they would end my claim if I did not respond back after 24 hours...which of course is pretty shady. I submitted everything within 8 hours and haven't heard a peep outta em'.

    Overall the experience has been tedious without the company seeming to care and already threating to end my claim.
